1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Hybrid Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Standard EULA
Hybrid Tracker uses the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You can find the full text of the agreement here:
3. Subscriptions
Hybrid Tracker offers "Pro" features via auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
4. Use License
Permission is granted to download one copy of Hybrid Tracker per Apple ID for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
5. Disclaimer
The materials in Hybrid Tracker are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitations
In no event shall Hybrid Tracker or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
